The Fire Safety Academy works best with the latest versions of Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Opera, and Safari. It also works on mobile devices like tablets, iPhones, and Androids. If you are not sure if you are using the latest version, you can check your browser etc.

The Fire Safety Academy has a special user classification for those responsible for tracking an organization's training records called a Power User. Power Users can download transcripts for each member of their organization and view organizational training statistics.

As a company officer, training officer, or instructor, you can facilitate in-person delivery with a group of any size. You can watch lessons together and stop and start lessons to discuss how the concepts relate to your unique situation or how you might deploy the tactics on the fireground. At the conclusion of your training session, each participant can log in to their own account to complete the assessment and receive credit for the course. In addition to offering training to individuals, the Fire Safety Academy is designed to allow training officers and other departmental officials to access and download member transcripts and gather training data. By self-identifying as a member of a specific organization you allow designated officials from your organization to track your training.
